I, John Craft Sr. of Morris township, in the county of Washington and the state of Pennsylvania, being of perfect mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament touching such worldly estate wherewith I hath pleased God to bless me in this life which I give, ____ and dispose of in the form and manner following viz: first it is my will and I do order that all my ___ debts and funeral charges be paid out of my estate. Secondly, I give & bequeath unto Elizabeth my loving and beloved wife, one third part of the profits of the land, her bed & furniture sufficient for her continued support and house room where we now live if she chooses it. Also I give and bequeath to my ___ beloved sons Lawrence, William, John & Thomas all my lands each one the fourth part thereof which they are in possession off at this time, by them to be freely possessed and enjoyed, only and excepting that they my said sons are hereby enjoined to pay out of my estate either real or personal, the full and just sum of twenty pounds to each one of my beloved daughters, namely Alice, Mary, Sarah, Elizabeth and Anne. And I do make an order that five pounds or a cow be paid to my grand daughter Martha Atkinson out of my estate. And lastly I do make and ordain my beloved sons Lawrence & John executors to this my last will and testament and I do hereby _____ revoke and disanull all and every other will, testaments, segases or executors by me on anywise before this time named Willed or Bequeathed. Ratifying and conforming this and no other to be my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal the day and year found above written – Signed Sealed Published Pronounced and declared by him the said John Craft as his last will and testament in the presence of us and we in his presence have subscribed our names – William Coalman, Timothy Patterson, Jacob Smith. John Craft X (his mark) Washington county, __ Be it remembered that on the 10th day of May A.D. 1806 personally appeared before me the Subscriber Register: Jacob Smith, Timothy Patterson who being severally offa___ and sworn do declare and say that they were personally present and heard and saw John Craft the written named Testator sign seal publish pronounce and declare the within Instrument as and for his last will and testament. That at the time of the execution thereof he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding. She was born Jan. 27, 1915, in Middletown, the daughter of Clifford Crawford and Evelyn (Ogg) Crawford. Mrs. Tisdall was a graduate of Ohio University. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry W. Tisdall in 1995, and three brothers, Robert, William and Cliff Crawford. She is survived by a daughter, Page Piatt Gerber, (husband, Dr. David Gerber) of Marco Island, Fla; and two granddaughters, Mary Beth Driscoll (husband, David A. Driscoll Jr.) of Boulder, Colo., and Amy Page Phelps of San Francisco, Calif. ARRANGEMENTS: Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, with the Rev.
