MARRIAGE*31 January 1867 He married Mary E. Sandiford on 31 January 1867 at Pulaski County, GA, First wife died March 10 1867 and buried next to him. This one M.E. shows on 1880 Census.1 
Burial*1887 He was buried in 1887 at Holland Cemetery, Pulaski County, GA., Here are directions to Holland cemetery: From Cochran go toward Dublin on highway 26 about six miles to emergency road 435 on right. Take 435 about 3 miles and cemetery in in field on left and can be seen from the road. It is an active cemetery. Cemetery records differ from previous information. They show birth as Dec 10, 1793 and death as Dec 25 1887.
In June 2002 MVW visited this cemetery. His tombstone is rather prominent and reads: He was a consistent member of the Primative Baptist Church.2 
Death*7 January 1887 He died on 7 January 1887 at GA at age 93 His obituary reads as follows:
"A letter from Goldsboro, GA informs us of the death of Uncle Jesse Bryant, at the home of his son (Joel B. Bryant) in the upper part of Pulaski Co. on the 7th day of this month. Uncle Jesse was no doubt the oldest man in this county. He was born in NC 16 Dec 1793 and his death on the 7th of Jan. 1887 shows that he was in the 94th year of his age. Mr. Bryant moved from NC to GA in 1832. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church for 60 years and was regarded by all who knew him as a Christian. Mr. Bryant raised a famly of 12 children and never called a doctor until his children were all grown. Of six sons, only one is living and four daughters."

Note*August 2003  I have just read the entire Trippville 1910 census and have concluded that this person is the son (did I mean brother? Cannot be Orliffy's son.) of Orliffy Bryant. See the 1880 census for the citation. He married in 1886 so this is consistent with the 1880 census showing him as living at home and single. hooray! A breakthrough. If this is true then his parents are wrong.3

If you are standing at the foot of Jesse's and Margaret's grave, Uncle L. O. is to the right. GGrandfather Larry O. is buried farther to the right in an unmarked grave. If I knew where it was for sure I'd request him a marker also.

Birth*1839 Larry O. Bryant was born in 1839 at GA.2 
 He was the son of Jesse Bryant Sr. and Margaret (?) 
MARRIAGE*say 1860 He married Nancy (?) say 1860 at Pulaski County, GA. 
Burial*1863 He was buried in 1863 at Bleckley County, GA., He was buried at Holland Cemetery. Here is a description of the grave locations from Saralyn Ferris: Both the uncle L. O. and the nephew Larry O. are buried in Holland Cemetery. Uncle L. O.'s grave has a Confederate marker while Larry O.'s grave is unmarked. If you are standing at the foot of Jesse's and Margaret's grave, Uncle L. O. is to the right. GGrandfather Larry O. is buried farther to the right in an unmarked grave. If I knew where it was for sure I'd request him a marker also.2 
Death*1863 He died in 1863 at Pulaski County, GA.. 
Census*1850 He appeared on the census of 1850 at GA.3 
CENSUS18601860  He is shown living with his parents in house # 514.4 
Milit-Beg*1862  In 1862 Tombstone indicates military service as: Private Co. G 10th Georgia Calvary CSA.2
