CENSUS1860*1860 He appeared on the census in 1860 at Vineville Dist., Bibb County, GA.2 
LANDCONTRA*1863  In 1863 James B. Holland sold lot 7 of Dist 22 to Alexander Cawsey of Bibb County (Macon) Georgia. This is the land that is due north of the lot owned by John Jasper and Josephine. Josephine married Alexander's son, Charles S. Causey after her first husband died in the Civil War.3

Note1852  In 1852 The Bleckley County Cemetery list shows a John T and Anna E. Couse buried at Cedar Hill. They were born in early 1850's and could be Charles Causey's parents. 1880 census shows a J.T. Couse from New York as a tinsmith. Perhpas he knew John Donaldson (also from New York) father of Josephine. 
Name Variation1860  As of 1860, Charles S. Causey was also known as Charleton Causey.3,2 
Note*1880  In 1880 Neither Charles nor his two children Anna E and Lee Causey appear on the 1880 census. They would have been 13 and 10 in 1880. Searched the whole US 1880 census and could not find a trace.
Josephene Causey died and was buried at Salem in 1907. No other Causey buried in Bleckley County. Wonder what happened to them?
However, the 1880 census shows Sophia Corsey age 38 living with sons Jessie age 19, Willis 17 and Martin 4.4
